Hey Everyone -
I hope you are all doing well! I want to start by saying, I am glad that you found my blog! I am hoping that by using this blog we will be able to take a journey together, a journey to find fitness. I have always been the type of person to workout in some capacity, but haven't really had the results that I wanted. So, I decided to try something new which is the 21 day fix and so far I like it. It is simple! I feel the workouts and never feel hungry! Eventually, I want to Boston Qualify, but I want to lose some weight first and then build some muscle (my next goal is Body Beast).
I have run 2 marathons, 14 half-marathons, and a ton of smaller races. I LOVE TO RUN, but to be honest I got bored with it. I have run so many races it just became dull to me. As much as I love being out there, on the road or trail, in the silence, and free. I got bored. It is my time to reflect. My time to think things through. My time to solve my problems. It was, my time, in general. However, like I said, I got bored and needed to switch things up, so now I am hopping on the BeachBody bandwagon. Therefore, I am making new goals. If you don't have goals, you will never get to where you want to be. My first goal is to complete the 21 day fix, twice. I want to be lean and tone. My second goal is to complete body beast, which I will be starting the end of October. My final goal is get back into running and eventually run the Boston Marathon. I want to make this journey work and would love to support others and get advice from others.
I want this blog to be the place to give ideas about food, fitness, and to keep it simple!!
Yes, yes I also sell Beachbody, but ultimately I want to help others reach their goals and I want to hear input on how I can reach my goals! All advice is welcome.. :-)
